And to be able to burn in such a way that I can play it as a dvd-r in the recorder?

You need DVD-compliant MPEG-2 and a subsequent authoring, such as Nero Vision does both.

With fFeeware:
1.) File with Super (http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html) convert to mpeg2.
2.) New File then further processed with DVDStyler (http://dvdstyler.sourceforge.net/index.html) on DVD.
