Hello,
I have downloaded SynthFont (for conversion of MIDI music files to WAVE format) and would like it the default soundfont of Windows XP. Unfortunately I have despite intensive search found nothing about this ...
Has anyone an idea whether
- Windows XP on a SoundFont file has (. SF2)
- As is usually the path to the file is
or
- Where I made a soundfont can download the (possible) so sounds like the of Windows XP?
The question was so what to do with video when I need background music and my video software with MIDI files are not cope:). The desired Music MIDI is just as before.

s.besten take you have a freeware software a la audidacty, Midifile importierst your inside, then choose as your sound card drivers reproducing
(which should actually be able to GM) and then select it from the desired sounds.

Hi,
audacity with which I had already tried ... did not work and allegedly supported audacity synonymous but no midi.
the record on the sound card works for me not ...
but now synthfont and am so very happy, only the supplied sountfont so I do not like 100%

Something here does not fit together.
When there is background music for his DVD set, I suggest the Trial Version of Sony / Sonic Foundry - ACID - to load, so can edit msn Midis.
Or else just a freeware program which Midis barbeiten as WAV and then abspreichern can.
