have once again ne little question! I filmed some mov files which I want to cut with my editing program. Well, unfortunately, my program does not support mov files ...
How can I now convert the mov file into a Qualitativvergleichbare Avi Recording?
I already tried it with Super, but have received only pixelated stuff.

Canopus Edius should be able to handle MOV clips. With material 5DMarkII the least about.

I find no program that can handle the files, but I find a way to convert Mov to Avi or any other format ... but this can not stand the quality.

Loading a clip on the Edius timeline and export it in the HQ codec. Repeat this with all MOV clips.
Premiere Pro CS4 can read this HQ AVI.
With the trial of Edius NEO2/5.1 it possible for 30 days.
As can be automated, I can not say unfortunately.

Do not you tell, what are the
codec Movs. For many HD quicktimes would be an intermediate the gentlest choice. Everything is compressed which is weaker than the (HDV, H.264, whatever) has the original, but the same size and rate, is good as intermediates. Edius probably represents just such a willing, of release from Canopus is so synonymous the famous "Procoder," one of the conversion programs, but no doofes ...
