Frage von crisi:Hi @ all
After the unsuccessful search for the solution to my problem, I am hoping to find answers, register here.
My problem is this:
I use Sony Vegas 7.0 and would like it like an avi-file cut. The problem is that only the soundtrack for the import is detected, ie the preview of the avi files, I hear something and just do not see any picture.
When I opened in Virtual Dub, I reported this a bit of "vfw blabla" xD, but when I then "Koepi's XviD 1.0.2 29082004" had installed, let the video without any problems open. In Sony Vegas is still the problem that the video track is not detected.
Can someone help me?
GSpot shows the following information about the video:
Codec: XVID
Name: XviD 1.0.2 / MPG4
I can this video be synonymous with VLC, you see only in Vegas alone and nothing.

Antwort von Marco:
XviD can be used in any editing program problems, so synonymous is not intended to be processed again. With XviD in Vegas, you will not be happy. Search for a program to make it into a previously schnitttaugliches format to convert.

Thanks for the info, with umkonvertieren hats geklappt.
Annoying is that it is actually an AMV to be and I'm now fairly of each episode of the rausschneiden what I want to predict umkonvertieren needs. x (
Nevertheless, thank you ...

Then you can still have the relevant passages in VirtualDub and select targeted convert, so you do not have the full movies have always convert.
