Can it be that the HD option for Germany is not yet available? Mir ist es jedenfalls nicht gelungen an HD video to find out where an HD link is displayed (HD display is only with "& fmt = 22" hack possible). Even the "big" players "I could not find it. If I am wrong, please send demo link.
