So Hello
I have a video in Avid Xpress Pro and would like to cut it like to spend so that it does not exceed 100 mb in size. Now the question is in what format, I will output the video s.besten.
Video Data: 50i 720x576 DV AVI Length: ca 20 min
Objective data: 320X240 and Progressive
Premiere was not a problem because I have in the WMV format and was nice and small. At Avid, however the video is about 300 mb in size, if I export to WMV. Other codec?
please help!

Freeware and encoded clean and fast
Settings: mencoder, 320:240, 25 frames, 1008kbs,
This should be fairly clean. Just trial & error
