Hi,

I had asked once before in another forum, but unfortunately was not an adequate answer. Drum here again the attempt: My video is fully edited and saved in MPEG4/H264 has 1.8 gb min at about 14th With me on the Calculator in top quality. Only after the upload to youtube it looks grottig. Why is this and what can I make it better. I know the question was asked many times but synonymous to googlenl I have not found the right answer as it goes. And there are so many damn videos then in a very good quality.

Well, my dear - deal with it!

I did mess around synonymous in recent times with the image quality of YouTube.

Fact is: after some tests (original files downloaded of youtube and analyzed), I've noticed that youtube have the codecs turned down by about 1 / 3! I of uploads from about 1 year ago and have about 1 month compared.

eg: in the 360 youtube version:
1 year ago uploaded file: 780kbit / s
1 month ago uploaded file: 500 kbit / s

I just have to youtube underestimated reduce its data rate, otherwise the general is completely overloaded network. madness is synonymous in that 1 video in: must save 240, 360, 480, 720 and 1080p!

Conclusion: not now make great advertising: on vimeo you get for about 50Euro in a really good codec.

You should deinterlace your videos at least reasonable before you upload them ... Moreover, the compression artifacts no surprise with the wobbling and the number of movements.

In contrast, only more bitrate help from YouTube - but it costs money.

(The deinterlacing trick but could provide much help, since interlacing strips poorly compressible if the picture is treated as a "progressive")

@ Tommyb: Thanks for the tips already. I had thought the video with a still image Cam (Panasonci TZ7) and filmed, it would be progressive images. Therefore I did not deinterlace. Have I done wrong and now I can still change later to upload it again? [/ Quote]

Antwort von toxitobi:

Depending on how clever was the editing proggi is exactly not the deinterlacing failure. The output is then interlaced. indicate test times in the export either progressive or if the setting is not deinterlaced there is herausgerendert. Then re-render and upload to Youtube.

I find both terrific and really see little difference. How can I see how much mb's and have my other videos on YT?
