Frage von ident77:

Hello,

I ask for your help!

Yesterday I first tried my mini-DV material (approx 60 min) of my SonyDCR-HC96E (720x576 format) via firewire using the software "AVCutty 3" on my laptop to capture.
In the properties of the resulting AVI file (about 13 GB -> DV-Type 2) While the format is 720x576 but when I look through the video as Windows Media Player or WinDVD Inter look, then view the video format pruned and there is no Some, actually nurmehr half as large format!? This change is not synonymous setting Vollbild udgl. something!
If I did, however, "AVCutty" open and I have the video in a sort of preview window (full screen mode because there are not), then to see everything, funnily?

Please notify me with that as yet is what to save, because I already have the mini DV tape with a different video to play on and I can no longer re-capturing of the digicam!

Never delete data that is not expressly to be deleted - DV tapes to delete a mortal sin is the same! ;)

Depending on the software player is the DV-Picture good times, bad times.
The only important thing is that the program editing the videos play clean and can output to DV.
Put simply takes on the timeline and note if everything is ok or not.

Thanks again for the tip and of course I will heed your Council and no more tapes to play on until no 1:1 backup copy was created.
