So a couple of responses, it is synonymous here ...:)

Store your Motion project just starting. Then you can do it (the project file) by Drap & drop import into Final Cut Pro, and indeed with the whole easy alpha channel that is in motion was already there.

Easier way difficult. Both apps are well integrated. However, it could in older versions of Final Cut Pro-type problems with this way - that I'd rather not put my hand into the fire. With Final Cut Pro 5, it works excellent.
