There are already some threads, has been extensively discussed in which over Lenses for 7D. I'd like to collect for myself and hopefully others, the results again synonymous.
As a small restriction, I would suggest that the optics can be used suitable to the forum only or mainly for the shooting. In the foreground, the P / L ratio should be, not only the quality.
-> Canon FBs, in detail: 20,24,35,50,85
-> Nikon / Nikkor, in detail: 24,35,50,85
-> Sigma FBs, in detail: 20,30,50,70
-> Tokina zoom, in detail: 11-16, 16-50, 50-135
That the setopt 7D of the shooting are no good (bad Aperture) is a fact.
Zoom Lens:
Is there anything that speaks against the Tokinas? They are relatively inexpensive and have consistently 2.8, which is downright zoom.
FB:
Here again I would be interested in opinions, just what the qualitative difference between Canon (synonymous within the brand, as relates to 50 1.4 to 50 1.8), Nikon and Sigma. Is it worth of cinematic vision to resort to the more expensive, or you notice the difference only in the photograph?

Take time out of the Nikkor 50 a 55, then it fits ;-)
And the Canon 50mm 1:1.2 as synonymous get ;-)

Zeiss and Leica are synonymous to mention whether or not they but the P / L correspond to what behavior you mentioned, that I let you decide now ;-)

There is a Nikkor 55 f/1.2 and a Nikkor 50 f/1.4, is scho rightly so by the thread author.

I think, at 50mm focal length as "boring". The photographs you can see views that go beyond the ordinary. 90mm or larger in combination with one WW I find ideal.

I have the following 3 lenses very carefully selected and 7d are many other owners do the same:
tamron 17-50mm f2.8 (and allround super wide angle lens with a sharp snapping images)
sigma 30mm f1.4 (thanks 7d crop everywhere sharp - the 'only' useful the series)
canon 50mm f1.8 II (easy, cheap, great image - alternatively synonymous 1.4 for 3 times $ $ $)
'm very satisfied. probably noticed, all chip parameters placed in the user presets to zero (except for color tint +1 and saturation -2) -> see 7d superflat profile picture to maximize the range dynamics.
7d yes because the 1.6 is cropped to favor wide-angle optics, as well as max. Dazzle of 2.8 to achieve really good results too. canon kit lenses throw away, as they are. since only the image stabilization is good, do not even have this hood.
