Hello,
so far as my use anywhere Hi8 camcorder does not work anymore, I'm looking for an affordable digital camcorder for a 4-week vacation. I do not want to spend too much money, because otherwise I still can not access any other camcorder. What would you recommend more? I do not need bells and whistles, except for good picture and sound quality.
Is there really anywhere an option of camcorder for such a period favorable to rent?

To rent a cheap camcorder, which will be hardly possible. Will be awarded according to my knowledge, only the professional Camcorde, because of Beta-Cam, etc.

Is favorable (the differences between network and Saturn is very low, the Panasonic NV-GS180, which is mentioned very often and very often on the duskutiert - even big sister GS280) has been slowly catching measured in numbers when it comes to the debate goes on ...; .)
Clear front is in reasonable range, the GS180-500 ¬ -> highly recommended.
If it still will be cheaper, I would you to SonyDCR-HC23 and HC17 rates (both around 300 ¬)

The class is 300 ¬ so only the Canon MV Series 9xx a real 16 / 9 mode, with more visual information, but unfortunately at the expense of the stabilizer, then shut down (Like a user to my attention a few days ago made) and the well-known sound problems can be Volumes write books.

Well, the big broadcast distributors have absolutely synonymous DV cameras on offer. They are then usually "big" as DVs PD170, DVX100 or Z1.
And the price is then synonymous probably something for paid shoots or a few days and less for the holidays.
But there are synonymous "niche" provider, have much in DV equipment, and offering synonymous for long periods of time-scale prices.

the deposit for the Cam has been paid, and synonymous to synonymous expected to cost some ¬ 100 - which of course is replaced again - but erstmal need to advance ....
