Hi,
does anybody know how I can export to s.ein video, which:
-provides a written
-a transparent background
and in-use premiere pro 1.5 can be (the writer of an existing image set)

Export the text layer in After Effects in a file format that supports alpha channels (such as uncompressed AVI or MOV, or as a TGA sequence) and then choose the format options for RGB + Alpha.
What exactly do you need to set in Premiere, I can not tell you right away, because I have not worked for some time with them. I think right click on the clip, then "select transparency" and then "Alpha" or something similar.
