cs5 encore: black box behind closed captions on bluray / dvd

hello, I'm looking for a possibility, caption with a black box to create. in the formatting of encore I could not find this option before, but it is my chance somehow they managed to produce. in the preview are not seeing the black boxes, first on the burned disc. my ut-file is an encore text file, created with Bellenuit. Now I would like to know how this can influence conscious. many thanks for your help. Greetings jochen

Sounds more like poorly written and would be rendered in the case then probably lie s.einem incorrect font ....

The font is Arial. actually not necessarily to old problems, but I will try something different ... Thanks in any case
