cs5 provides effects in preview does not constitute in HELP!

I have again a problem with ppcs5.
I have the following steps:
I already have a sequence of time lapse, changing gamma values and changes colors according to my last wish and would now that the position WHILE kamara by zooming and easy movement of the modified sequence.
the following happens:
I set the appropriate keyframes and change through the appropriate positions. although I am on the "Effect Controls monitor" appears (; position coordinate change), does not change the angle in the preview monitor kamara!
What's wrong?

It was s.rendern ..
But somehow the funzt not quite - after missing render some effects and some of it was cut off ..
I'm Render sequence> entire work area "on Unfortunately, with the above result.
