moin, contributions in tv, likes to explosive (rtl), is used as a separator like a special time überblendung. looks as if you bring up the dazzle (the camera) completely (bright areas become brighter, then completely white, then back to normal: to make a new image) and smaller again. how to say the überblendung? in premiere, I do not know sowas, although the additive dazzle comes close, but still looks quite different. gibts as a plugin?

Aperture in a white colored surface on, leave for 1 frame and then have the pure white dazzle of the white color area in the next scene.
these aftereffects history looks exactly the way it should be ... Good idea. mal's see if I can apply this to premiere
