Frage von chrismaster:

Hi,
I have os to an external Micro Cam bought.
My first choice fell on a Hama RMZ-10 (69, -), which I did after a short test had returned.
Now I have something deeper in his pocket and grabbed me SonyECM-MS908C (99, -) is also purchased and tested.

However, I must synonymous here noted that the Tonquali in comparison to the integrated mic with almost identical.
Even after editing with Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 and after output to DVD is almost no difference in comparison with and without the ext. Mic to hear.

I do something wrong, there is in my Cam ne extra feature (which I have remained hidden), or I have simply too much hope in an external mic placed?

Thank you very much.

How are you doing it? I have the synonymous RMZ 10 and for me the quality is much better than with the internal and my cam is with your identical. If you have the RMZ 10 decoupling, then it is a super Micro. I use mainly from fishing and because it fulfills its purpose well.

Describe it out as you've tested the microphones (eg s.Camcorders or mounting on the tripod, cable length, ambient, noise sources, etc.) and what criteria you for the assessment of sound quality have defined (eg, speech intelligibility, linearity of frequency response, directivity , etc.).

Hi,
So I have the cam on a tripod and positioned on the Mics Blitzschuh aufgesteckt accordingly. The Hama with the spiral cable 20cm and 20cm the Sonywith the mitgeliferten cable. I tested both with and without a windscreen.

Then I have my own voice and a radio host tested.
I have neither the position of the Cam or the source of the audio changed. Ie I was approximately 4 meters of the cam away.

What struck me is:
- The sound is not clear
- The noise of the Cam is still quite intense to hear
- The quality of sound is naja
- You remember, then, that the source is quite far away, and exactly what I wanted with nem ext. Mic prevent

I'm grateful for further hints.

The problem here is not the microphones, but the distance from the sound source. Even a Microphone for 500 ¬ or more, in this case would not deliver the expected sound quality.

As they say: A bad Microphone close is better than a good long way away. This principle, one must always remember.

Thanks for the links
isses so similar to me then synonymous in Comparison to internal external mic. I will probably have to settle with.

What is actually with-badges from Mikros. I need four pieces, which I then mixed with the NEN Cam connect because my radio parts are too expensive.
Has anyone experienced this?

Inconspicuous are optimal for voice recording in good quality and at the same time to make unobtrusive miking. To address the problem with the limited cable length for unbalanced signal management (Consumer Microphone s.Consumer camcorder) to avoid, you could take balanced microphones and an audio mixer with XLR inputs between hanging of an output signal with microphone level required. This you could then, together with the picture included with the camcorder.
