Hello

would like a gift for christmas dvd create.

Now I would like to create a DVD layout, so for the disc itself and also the cover. etc.

how do I s.besten? working with photoshop cs3, and encore. Give it as dvd format templates (photoshop)? if not, what size should I use in photoshop for cover or disc box?

Na simply measured. DVD Label -> 118mm-120mm, an inner ring 18-42mm depending on the manufacturer. Inlay Card Amaray -> 275x183mm + / - tolerances.

Does not quite - the blanks are slightly more expensive - but the print looks a lot better first, and secondly, the DVD can not be "forgiven", as it in some Papierlabeln the case, if you do not 100% centered.
At Canon, for example, a software for such things here.

Yes, printable DVDs are really expensive.
Label on DVD's to stick, I have made synonymous times, and then never again ...

I did two years of the Canon Pixma ip3000. Has 200 euros and prints great.
