Pull the lower edge of the filter window with the mouse until the keyframe control is visible again.

This solution works pretty sure. You've probably just caught the wrong edge, because the keyframe control is almost directly on the edge of the actual window.
You can possibly synonymous try Vegas again with the factory settings to load. You have to, while you have a Doppellkick to make the program icon, the keys CTRL + SHIFT key. Note however, that so that
all defaults are synonymous any previously created presets, location, preferences, etc.
This trial solution is of course no guarantee for the Restore. It is just only a problem because an edge in another it has been postponed.
