sorry, I've been looking but I find the answer anywhere. perhaps it is simply too stupid:
how you get a decent standbild out with premiere?
Although I know the standbild option, but I do not deal with it. ausprbiert already have everything, the help says only "For standbild go in the standbild options" and that's it! everything I've tried, never led to a standbild
I cut so far for my standbild from 1 frame and extended time with the distortion. and this is far too complicated .. would prefer to say, for how many secx the building should be and then the entire video just 5 sec longer!
does it somehow, or is my "old" method s.ende but the only way?

The best would be if someone you look over your shoulder might of so and so knows a bit with a few keyboard shortcuts will do ;-))
I try - without referring to the complex background to address why this is so and so must be:
Default: a continuous clip s.einer be certain position 3 sec are frozen and then continue. Careful, now hail it shortcuts!
- Cursor s.die body set s.der the freeze should begin and CTRL + K
- 3 sec cursor next to the rear and CTRL + K
- Clip of the cursor mark li and CTRL + C, then RM> stopping at In-Point
- CTRL + SHIFT + V
The clip is now 3 sec are running and then next.
What impact on the audio track and possibly other existing video - and audio tracks, you'll have to experiment by yourself to find out.
In the online help at times synonymous with the word "video freeze frames" to read.
It is quite simple.

Located just dialogue on the audio track is the perfect disaster. The result is then no longer be used.

3. Coupling between the video - and audio track lift
4. The duration of the video frame to the desired length bring

Just because some APP features, it's still a long way that one of these functions with reasonable results. On the contrary gegrade in the effects are quite a few things in which to make a bow should. Who does not believe will look in more detail the effects and after shooting with professional compare. But you should not be disappointed when only very few of them in a commercial production again. I do not talk of all Hollywood special effects, where in addition to the programs anyway a lot of craft listened.
One should prefer editing with DV, as such, employ (read literature !!!!). Then look behind the synonymous own videos better.
Just so this is not misunderstood. Professional editors use synonymous Effects. But they know when what effect a reasonable result.

Save as. Bmp (or other format).
Possibly. with Photoshop deinterlace.
Picture from the project window to drag timeline.
By "pull" desired length set.
This is a secure way.

The Inpoint-/Outpoint-Anhalten-Methode generates just NO and NO tone image jump, held since the passage again drankopiert is back. The film will be autonomous for a few seconds prolonged.
Precisely for this reason, the impact on other tracks of the timeline carefully - because what can logically quickly in the pants, if you simply thoughtlessly left a trail a few sec prolonged.
Know-how and ideas is called for, despite (or perhaps because of) such automatisms.
