Has a 1GB graphics with 512MB compared to a general benefit in terms of rendering performance (if the program supports the GPU)? Or is it more important for games?
Antwort von Blackeagle123:
First and foremost it is about the GPU installed, depending on the graphics card. Then with the same GPU, a 1GB card has already benefits in Comparison to a 512Mb graphics card. The only question is whether one should not put more money in a better model.
I would probably not notice the difference if I 512Mb or 1024Mb Ram on the graphics card has.
Which card you want to buy you, with what software do you work? (Presumably with a recent Adobe Suite?)

The pure computing power remains the same because of it depends on the GPU. The "rendering performance" depends on the combination of different things, not least of the application / the program. You muesten it compare otherwise synonymous nor details such as the memory interface of different cards. In the decision, I would consider synonymous, whether on a PC, a 32-bit or 64-bit OS to be used (and what is the memory expansion (planned RAM)).
