So you lack data to the appropriate interface, USB or Ethernet. You can add your PC, just once with the Firewire input connected to the recorder, but whether it works is debatable, the fact here includes only the camcorder.
There existed the possibility of expanding the hard drive and install in the PC. But it may be synonymous, are the data encrypted on the HDD and can thus be read only by the recorder itself.
