Infoseite // hotspot with 35mm adapter

Frage von melloken:

Hello together
I am going to build one 35adapter. But stupidly I always can get a strong hot spot on the screen. Anyone know how to get away??

The adapter consists of an old medium format camera's focusing screen of filming, I.

Thanks in advance

Hi,
probably you've got - as I ripped - not an expensive Hasselblad or Mamiya, a 35mm (rather then tinker probably a 6x6 or 6x9) adapter. The quality and the maximum aperture of Lenses for internships, Kiev and associates, let alone the quality of the ground glass is not suitable for filming without a hotspot. For a filming of this format, first consider three arguments:
1. There is also no need macro lens.
2. The depth of field is even smaller than Small.
3. The grain of the focusing screen is less visible.
I was going to me one glasscreenhere glasscreenThere are in reasonable price range (ebay, photo flea markets) no Mittelformatobjektive with the required aperture and thus synonymous minimizes the smoother distribution that hotspots. Nikon (or similar) with 50mm f1.4, there's but my brother has even (rare and expensive), a Nikon 50mm f 1.2, which I could borrow maybe if I could make up my mind to the body of my old to rip F1 to expand the bayonet.
On the screen of my Kiev Prakatika with 80mm lens f2.8, I see extreme vignetting and hot spot even with the naked eye.
Also: Small 35mm is indeed a de facto twice as large as 35mm with movie-picture cameras. Adjust the sharpness is just enough here already to be critical. For this reason, I think medium format solutions unsuitable. The frame is too small to focus on any LCD monitor to Piesel.

The hot spot problem is not caused by the format, the quality of the lens or the aperture.

Only the TV screen projection is to blame.
The only thing you can do that is through the TV screen
to replace something else.

Beattie, Boss-screen, self made with foil, etc..
Often referred to as the Nikon D-type matte focusing screen, or synonymous.
- Arched Fresnel lens with low light loss.
