In my opinion, this is not at all. You have purchased the program and registered under your mail address. You can use the program again not sell s.jemand else who then re-registered.
That would be too easy!

in PPro, there is a menu item "Disable".
Otherwise: remove software, sell and issue the buyer with proof of confirmation that the seller has deleted all copies and installations and all components of the product has passed s.den buyer.
