imported from the video are only entitled to see - no pictures, no sound

With Movie Maker was emailed a video sent. When the recipient opens the file, when playing, only the title to see - on the storyboard, the clip with a red X.. The sound is not synonymous to hear.

Obviously, a project file was sent. Titles are included, but the references to the video - and audio data at the receiver of the file into the void.
