Hello,
our new xlh1 has an internal battery. This battery can only be used to dispose of rausgeschnitten cam for free! you will not answer!
as described in the manual, I have the cam first 24 hours. network in order to hang the internal battery to load ...
Unfortunately, after each go off the info for example. time, date and time code is lost ... the battery can not be loaded!
do you have an idea ....?

@ Smooth-appeal - a dangerous answer - there is a storage battery for almost any camera. Sometimes you can even change, sometimes only from the service.

At Canon, the Battery (often CR 2025 & 2032) are often, but that is for the consumer.
No clue as to the professional XL H 1, which must be an owner of the camera say. Since I am a Sony film, and I no longer s.die Canon DM XM 2 memory at the time of battery can remember.

As for me s.der Instructions aback, however, is the combination screwdriver / wire cutter. To open a screw, the side cutter ... ? To Abkneifen of soldered cables? Then have the DIY "maybe a chance.
(Not of course in case of warranty!)

we have sent them to canon (cps profit service) 5 days later, everything was healing. the connector in the housing for the internal battery was not properly put together .... embarrassed at the price and a brand new part!
everything is good!
