Times .. now hand on heart ... Either there is on the homepage an entry which the copyright of intellectual property concerns, or you can write a short mail with the request s.den author. A quick call to your IT department would have you forward faster.
To quite accurately and legally (for Austria and Germany) to be: without a permit you must have no site weiterverwerten, just like the face of passersby ...
