I can tell you recommend Pinnacle Dazzle products.
The get cheap on Ebay and get most synonymous nor a full version of Pinnacle Studio (video) Softwear. (The Studio Deluxe version with BreakOut Box I have for example 3 times here and I can not complain)
Everything else is not really possible or is much more expensive.
