Infoseite // mp3's into Final Cut Pro "hiccup"

Frage von TheDrummer:

Hi, folks!

I've been trying to integrate an mp3 file into a movie.
Unfortunately, it fails so far because the file when playing sounds as if the Mac had the hiccups "- in iTunes, it played smoothly and the quality is synonymous Ábær very good!

Why is that?
Can someone give me a hint?

THX & MfG

Hi Drummer,
Final Cut Pro accepts MP3s, play them but not from liquid, and for DVDs you need anyway yes 48kHz Aiff. Why you are converting the music not so BEFORE you import with iTunes Aiff. iTunes Preferences: Advanced: Import: Import with: Aiff Encoder.
Then select the song: Finder Advanced Convert: Choice in AIFF.
You then select the play twice in Music / iTunes Music. With apple-i you found out what the MP3 and what is the AIFF.
Tip: Even better, if you have the original CD.

PS: Nit forgot to put the Aiff to MP3 encoder then again, otherwise you may run ruchzuck on your iPod!

Hey, Thanks!

First, for your quick response and goal-oriented, and 2 explanations for your Extended!

it makes you out of what, if I do make my contacts No.1 in terms of "FC"? ;-)

THX and spare evening!
