Mp4 videos you need to probably about the graphedit-capture method, perhaps the usual folds Avisource / DirectShow source not. http://www.avisynth.org/DirectShowSource
Then Turn Right / TurnLeft filter applied, possibly even before that, resize / cropping.
Then with Media Player or any viewer of Avisynth scripts eats consider.
