There is no possibility of receiving a preview of the sequence without which I must render?? So I have in my timeline and cut clips including music and it tells me I have to render.
Is there a setting where I can change this so that I should not have to render to the processed material (; obtained without the effects and other) without a preview to render.

There are not many possible reasons for a "not rendered" Red timeline.
The most important is a highly divergent sequence of footage setting. Most trivial possible causes: The Music Of you mentioned are MP3 files. Once render short, and in seconds everything is okay.
