Window Menu> Workspace> All windows (or a work area of your choice)
It makes sense to you judge your work area, so as you wish, and then save it, also via the Window menu, and so ab!

Smile ... sorry, but please try to use the online help! Suchgebriffe like "transparency", "opacity", "key frame" keyframe ", etc. will help you.
Not that I do not WANT to help, but I recognize that what thou so of miles of the most basic skills in video editing away that you the use of After Effects, better still, a half of years or so rausschieben should. Work your way instead, a little in the general Basics of Video Editing On. As a next step, then you should first of a very simple (such as Adobe Premiere Elements), general editing program to know, with which you manage all this too. After Effects is definitely out of your league!

You're here now do not hold the premiere in-world, but you try to move After Effects. After Effects, although in principle to the (conditional) fit, but is not a video editing program, but a compositing and special effects program. Ein-/Ausblendungen and similar trivialities do you do in After Effects, but then in the editing pro-thy-confidence. In After Effects you prepare clips with special effects to make it in the editing program then into a movie set. Apertures are typically something for the film MOUNTING, and not for the compositing area!
