Dear People,
Firewire may be on the Panasonic NV-GS 230 s.den PC (XP SP2) to connect. movie maker and pana-own editing software (MotionDvStudio) recognize the camera, I can capture footage and other features work synonymous (Control camera via the software). BUT: my favorite software that lets edit 2, with which I am familiar and happy next want to recognize the non-pana (no control over the cam function, no preview, no capture possible, etc. I did an article in the forum, where over this subject has been discussed, but there is a reference to a different capture software, but the next does not help me because I am licensed with edit work. My question: Has anyone experience / any idea how I change the pana with licensed edit warring running? with a different camera (the type not know more, older model) had always worked out nicely. So ever thank you for thinking and respond!

Thanks for the quick response. WinDV have now tried and it works well. This is unfortunately not so comfortable with how it lets edit could go, but still. Perhaps there is still someone in the forum, which has a hint of how the software so I can trim so that they recognize my panasonic and I am comfortable with the device control can work.

At the comfort of ScLive NO other program out.
Pana's are also known for anger at the 1394th
ScLive has but under control.
