Hello!
I ien search tool, preferably freeware or inexpensive, I recorded with the progressive material (full-and half-images can not capture) and it as av-i or quicktime footage can save recode without it. I will then cut in Premiere, but can not capture this my premiere.
ye ne idee?

We have lots of ideas!
A digital camcorder is Picture and sound into data and stores them on the tape. Using a capture program do I transfer this data from a tape of the camcorder one-on-one on the PC.

what a camcorder and capture, etc., is what I know, but I've taken so dv progressive (full frame), and now I want to capture stop, and look for software that is progressive and can capture material as possible for free or little money to have .

If you have a DV source material - but, then your problem is solved, and then there was basically never been one. And your premiere can do that

You have either a DVX100 or XL2. Because the chips operate progressively and save the contents of a frame into two fields on the DV tape. Only here is the contents of two fields is not staggered. On the DV tape is normally compliant PAL. DV saves technically only half-frames. What information is in fields that do not interest. The progressive Picture impression only comes through the inertia of the eye.
So you have to do anything. You can capture with any editing program and cut. If possible, you ask in the editing program field dominance to "Off" or "no". Then visors and effects are expected to whole images. Preferring the Halbbilddominaz remains from the other post-production process including DVD-Authoring/Mastering. So stop always progressive.
