So would have been the drivers for an S-video input on your capture card for all there. Accordingly, you must choose your Capture program only this device.
If you think an S-video output, as already indicated you have been in the "Properties of display" to select, depending on the graphics card directly to the display device or to vote on the "Advanced" TV-out or S-video.
