slow motion in Avid Xpress Pro HD and After Effects 7

Can someone tell me how I can set a good slow-motion effects, s.besten with automation curve, and a stepless transition. Or what plugins can do that??

The effect is called "time warp", you can set everything manual. AE 7 has a new slow-motion function, pixels are rasterized. Rendering can take a long time depending on the setting.
