Hello,
I have 3 questions:

"HD movies: You can write back by using the supplied Picture Motion Browser software.
SD movies and still images: If you modify those image files in the computer and copy to the Hard Disk or a Memory Stick Duo, the camcorder can not recognize the images anymore. "

SR12 quote from the FAQ of the Sony site:
"HD movies: You can write back by using the supplied Picture Motion Browser software.
Picture Motion Browser is not available for Macintosh (which I unfortunately did), as far as I know. But I think if I use the entire folder of the camcorder to the Macintosh HD disk pack and someday, when I use the material again, to the complete folder on the HD camcorder return copy (possibly before the HD camcorder format) would be really go?
