Hi!
I have the SonyTRV740E with "intelligent accessory shoe," the

Despite illustrated instructions in 7 languages I do not succeed,

The Micro is an arrow pointing at the camera, I go times

all the way to the back of the "shoe" and then "fixed" it.

Very easy. Works on the whole world.
Only me. ?

I see then, nor the micro-contacts "in the air"

Do I am now looking for another hobby,

A clear case: your camcorder has a different type of intelligent accessory shoe, such as those that the Microphone is required. Tausche the Microphone to-order with appropriate connections.

Antwort von Markus:

Hi Klaus,

as far as I know (Jan knew exactly), there are two of Sony developed different standards for the intelligent accessory shoe. Modern camcorders have since more contacts than older devices.

I mean, the previous standard was just as "intelligent accessory shoe" and described the new name of "Active Interface Accessory Shoe." I know this is not because for me (especially because of the lack of flexibility) never an alternative to traditional connections was.

Hi Markus,
Thank you! This is precisely the problem.

As my son would say: "Well, great."

So return and new Micro-Search ...
If by chance someone here I want to give a tip,
my camcorder has the "intelligent accessory shoe"
and NOT the "Active Interface Shoe."

Easily fit, because at that time for this accessory shoe thought would be the two microphones Sony ECM-HS1 and ECM-HM1. Synonymous, but I think that you are with more than better cable connected MicroStation and / or cheaper're off.
