Hello,
kontorlliere times in your export settings, whether the check mark in
Optimize> Keyframe and Rendering> freeze frame is. So give it the opposite, as you have it now.
In addition to compress> Video> data rate off the hook when new.

but it was much simpler: just right-most reduction in the visual timeline -> halbbildoptionen -> flickering -> problem solved ...!! :-)
