WinTV Theater has not convinced me. Radio tuner and teletext should = n synonymous tuned to radio text would be good, but must not. Hardware encode i = s no preference (1400MHz with you for the software encode, or?). To can be programmed to include Virtual Dub, or? And a Input old VHS videos to Digitizer synonymous they should have.
So, wat nu? Have searched but the manufacturers pages, except lurid promotional text not much here (counter-example: Hauppauge but di = e Cards are not so bright).

Until evidence to the contrary, I believe that after several separate experiments no more. And I still use a Pentium IV 2600th
Of course, it is important to record with whatever ResolutionDu want. SVCD Resolutionwar for me, the minimum requirement, and I after synonymous Test multiple cards (all without their own encoder), and all the popular software not clean (ie without Ruckler or "Dropped Frames") target.
An excellent quality I achieve if I use my camcorder as a D8 VCR running (which is just right, finally, I have Special taxes are paid) and then the recording into the computer reading. But this is tedious and not what you and I want to.
Greetings! Hans-Peter

I actually wanted to record uncompressed, then advertising rausschneiden and then with DivX Evaporate. Or is that not recommended?
