had a bizarre problem that I had never occurred. maybe somebody has an explanation?

Recording Format: HDV and widescreen DV
Camera: SonyHVR Z1E, bought 07/06
Media: Two-Sonydv premium mini-DV Cassettes
During the production phase will tape several times spontaneously stand. Even after cassette exchange (!) The same problem with new tape. Error messages "change tape" or C: 31:23
Dubbing cassette with two following errors:
- Digital dropouts (red frames and missing images below)
- Tape physically partially destroyed it (see picture), that not even the Z1 more rewinds. With consumer DV Cam could still be spooled.
- Error Messages "Cassette wecheln" or C: 31:23
- Off only as HDV with possible errors in off a very frequent computer crashes
- At one point, this is a tape stuck so that it is overstretched, until the drive stops
! the problem can not be reproduced!

For us it would be a clear case to call the "Silver" or "premium support" for our Dealers.
