With its new 9mm lens, the Chinese manufacturer 7Artisan introduces an ultra-wide-angle that has been designed for full-frame sensors and provides connections for Sony E-mount, Panasonic/Leica Sigma L-mount, Canon EOS-R mount and Nikon Z-mount. ;)
The manual focus 7Artisans 9mm f/5.6 Asph with its 132° angle of view is said to be suitable for astrophotography, architecture and portraiture. ;) Filmmakers will be particularly interested in the de-clickable aperture. The aperture consists of 5 blades and is supposed to be able to show highlights particularly well in a star shape. The minimum focusing distance is 20 cm, the lens barrel is made of metal and the weight is 463g with dimensions of approx. 70x86 mm.
