AJA HELO Plus can process a camera signal via its SDI and HDMI inputs and send it to two content delivery networks using its two encoders at up to 1080p60 in H.264 at up to 20 Mbps, or to just one and simultaneously record the video as well. It can choose to record to USB, SD card, or NFS or CIFS network storage. The dual streaming outputs allow users to create assets with different parameter settings per output (bit rate, GOP length, frame rate, frame geometry, B-frame cadence, etc.) and feed each to one of two destinations. The video material can be viewed on a monitor via the HDMI and SDI output. New LayoutsWith the help of the new "Layouts" feature, users can cover different production scenarios. For example, an SDI input and an HDMI input can be combined into a single output stream, and graphical overlays can be added to the composite. Each live video source can be used in its own picture-in-picture ("PiP") element and placed in its own PiP positions, with a matte background and graphics foreground element for titles and more. ;) AJA HELO Plus It is then possible to seamlessly switch between layouts during a streaming session. Ten layouts are stored per preset, with 20 presets available so that set parameters can be recalled for specific events. A built-in graphics frame store allows more than 90 images to be stored in the unit&s internal memory, while an integrated scheduler, which can be accessed via a browser, allows independent recording/streaming events to be scheduled in advance of an event. ;) AJA HELO Plus Integration with AJA Ki Pro.As a complement to the AJA Ki Pro Ultra 12G and Ki Pro GO recorders, the HELO Plus can also participate in a Ki Pro "group" and act as a follow-on device that starts and stops streaming and/or recording at the command of the group leader.
