At its MAX London creative conference, Adobe presented several innovations for its Firefly AI. A new Firefly All-in-One web app for AI-powered ideation, creation, and production is designed to enable the central generation of images, videos, audio, and vector graphics, further editing in programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro, and direct transfer into production. ;) KI partner models in Firefly being used As already announced last year, it is now possible to use alternative AI models from third parties in addition to Adobe&s own commercially safe Firefly helpx.adobe.com/firefly/work-with-audio-and-video/work-with-video/generate-videos-using-non-adobe-models.html; for example, Google Veo 2 is integrated, which, to our knowledge, is currently the most capable video model. Other partner models available for selection include OpenAI, Imagen 3, and Flux 1.1 Pro. Adobe also plans to integrate additional models from partners such as fal.ai, Ideogram, Luma, Pika, and Runway in the coming months.
Creatives can easily switch between models in the Firefly web app, and it is transparent at every step which model is being used. Content Credentials are automatically attached to AI-generated content, clearly indicating whether it was created with an Adobe Firefly model or a partner model. ;) In addition, the Firefly Image Model 4 is being released, which Adobe claims is the fastest Firefly model to date. It is said to deliver more lifelike image quality and significantly more creative control – both over the structure and style of the results, as well as over camera angles and zoom. A resolution of up to 2k is supported. The Image Model 4 Ultra is specifically adapted for rendering complex scenes with small structures. New Firefly Boards, available in the public beta of the Firefly web app, also offer creatives an AI-powered interface for their ideation.
