Adobe has announced that in view of the developments around COVID-19 the
Adobe MAX Europe, which was originally planned for June 15-16 in Lisbon, will be cancelled. Adobe is committed to helping protect the health of its employees, customers and the creative community by offering a full refund of the registration fee to visitors who have already registered - details of the refund procedure are available on a dedicated
FAQ page.
No new information is available yet on whether
Adobe MAX will be held in the U.S. on October 19-21, which traditionally features
new versions of Adobe programs such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Here Adobe will probably wait for the development of the next months and possibly use the possibility of the virtual event online, as for example the
NAB wants to do and Adobe itself plans with
Adobe Summit. This
Adobe Summit will take place virtually in a few days. Interested parties can register for the event free of charge and then participate virtually on 31 March.
