Adobe&s latest update for Premiere Pro to version 13.1.3, released on July 12, brings several new features and improvements as well as numerous bug fixes. The improvements in detail: the HEVC performance on Macs has been optimized; the multi-channel audio mixing now allows up/down mixing of 5.1 from and to stereo using the Channel Mixer effect; there is more flexibility in exporting subtitle files; the graphic layers now have the same order in the Essential Graphics panel as in the effects settings window; the distortion stabilization is now more powerful and allows cleaning up footage from different handheld cameras or optimizing camera shake.
;) The stability of the following operations among others has been increased: program start, tutorial start, opening old projects, setting keyframe values and scaling, scrubbing, subtitling and freeform mode. Also a lot of  bugs fixed. Unfortunately the support for importing videos in MKV format has been removed.
