Amazon Prime Day deals 2022 for filmmakers

Like every year, Amazon is once again luring customers with very inexpensive offers on Prime Day 2022 (July 12/13, 2022). We have picked out some particularly interesting ones that are interesting for filmmakers, including some lenses from Samyang and Sony, action cams, notebooks, drones, monitors and storage media. Amazon often offers absolute rock-bottom prices here to attract new subscribers, which are often decidedly cheaper than any other offer on the market, according to price comparators. (This doesn&t apply to every one, though, so you should always consult a price checker such as Geizhals before buying.

Amazon Prime Day

The Prime Day bargains are only valid for Amazon Prime members - if you are not a Prime member but are interested in one of the special bargains, you can also become a member of

Prime and take advantage of the 30-day trial period without paying subscription fees. After the trial month, Amazon Prime costs around 8 euros per month and can be canceled at any time.

Amazon also has some lenses from Sony and Samyang among others on sale, for example the

Sony SEL-85F18 E-mount lens (fixed focal length, 85 mm, F1.8) costs 389 euros (17% off), the

Sony SEL-35F18F wide-angle lens (E-mount, fixed focal length, 35 mm, F1.8) 459 euros (14% off). The

Samyang AF 75mm F1.8 FE E-mount lens is reduced by 5% to around 379 Euros, the

SAMYANG 22841 AF 18mm F2.8 FE for Sony E mount is available for 289 Euros (instead of 335.25 Euros) or the

Samyang 12mm F2.0 APS-C Fuji X reduced by 32% to 210 Euros.

But there are also quite a few

other interesting offers e.g. from Tamron, Olympus and Sigma, like the

Sigma 402971 (16mm F1.4 DC DN Contemporary lens for the Canon EF-M lens bayonet for 299 Euro (-10%).

Sennheiser HD 599 Special Edition Over-Ear Headphones, which is 26% off for around 95 euros, or the wireless Bluetooth headphones

Sennheiser HD 450SE with Active Noise Cancellation, which costs only 79 euros and is thus 41% cheaper to have. The audiophile in-ear headphones

Sennheiser IE 300 is 27% cheaper now for 149 euros to have.
