We have encountered in the network to a new, (still) free codec that can compress without loss of video signals. The manufacturer claims Alparysoft here is that the separate codec compresses significantly better than the popular HuffYUV codec. We have not tried it yet, but on the website there are a few benchmarks. About the speed is silent, however, from the manufacturer.
