Blackmagic Camera 7.9.2 update brings among other things gyro data for URSA Broadcast G2

Blackmagic has released the Camera 7.9.2 update, which brings some new features to the Blackmagic URSA Broadcast G2 camera. For example, it improves tethering with the iPhone 12 and compatibility with live streaming platforms. It also delivers support for recording motion sensor data from the camera into Blackmagic RAW clips, a feature that the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Cameras 4K, 6K and 6K Pro had already received in June through the Camera 7.9 update, which in DaVinci Resolve (since version 18 Beta 5) enables post-production stabilization of videos shot with these cameras.

In addition, the Blackmagic Camera 7.9.2 update improves the URSA Broadcast G2 camera&s behavior when switching between ISO mode, shutter and camera white balance, and provides better compatibility for Blackmagic Camera Fiber Converter. Another improvement, which the Pocket Cinema Cameras had already received, concerns custom presets and LUTs, which will now be preserved rather than deleted in future updates of the URSA Broadcast G2.
