Blackmagic Camera App 3.1.2 update for iOS with Open Gate Apple Log support

The Blackmagic Camera App is the film app with the most comprehensive, professional range of features for smartphone filmmakers. Version 3.1.2 has now been released, bringing with it some interesting new features and bug fixes.

The most important new feature is probably the 1920x1440 format, which works with a higher vertical resolution and corresponds to the native sensor aspect ratio of the iPhone camera at 4:3, making it virtually an Open Gate version.

In addition, the new 3.1.2 Camera App version fixes stabilisation and LUT issues as well as a bug in the newly added ProRes RAW recording when the orientation was locked.
