And there is another Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve update. New functions and bug fixes have been added to version 18.6.4. Specifically, these are:
- Fresh support for Blackmagic RAW SDK 3.6.
- New UI display for timelines with user-defined settings.
- Transcribing audio and deleting transcription context menus for bins.
- A new media pool column showing where the media was uploaded from.
- Scripting API support for converting a timeline to stereoscopic 3D.
- Scripting API support for creating stereo clips in the media pool.
- Scripting API support for creating, importing and restoring cloud projects.
- Additional scripting API inputs for creating subtitles from audio.
- Fixed incorrect trim cursor behavior (persisting outside the editing timeline).
- Fixed a missing clip color filter in the light table options.
- Fixed an issue where timeline backups were not preserving RAW settings.
- Fixed incorrect color track behavior for timelines in the same project.
- Fixed an offset in the advanced panel selection on some high-resolution screens.
- Fixed incorrect scenarios for the automation display after adding tracks.
- Fixed an issue with Fusion particle positions when using image emitters.
- Fixed an issue with the USD Loader Trim and the time scale for new assets.
- Fixed an issue with updating Fusion overlay control positions.
There will be general, unspecified performance and stability improvements.
